Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for the Pei Wei Catering Brand.
• Generate sales through community outreach and marketing efforts.
• Conduct high volumes of cold calls and client visits to acquire new clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and execute Territory Account Plans to drive sales growth.
• Create proposals and assist clients with their purchases via phone.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure successful catering order execution.
• Utilize CRM tools and MS Office for managing client interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in team discussions and share insights for business improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of current sales experience with proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in catering, cooking, and restaurant management for at least 1 year each.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong relationship-building skills, especially via remote channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a home or virtual environment.
