About the position

The CBRF Caregiver/Med Tech position involves providing essential care and support to residents in a community-based residential facility. The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and the importance of adhering to safety and health protocols while delivering compassionate care to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate good judgment in daily tasks for residents and assist with core daily functions.
• Help with meal preparation, dining room setup, serving meals, and cleanup.
• Perform daily cleaning duties.
• Administer medications as required.
• Follow standard precautions for infection control at all times.
• Adhere to fire safety, disaster, work safety, and other emergency procedures as indicated.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Dedication and passion to help seniors with great customer service skills.
• Great attitude and flexibility to perform all duties in service to the residents.
• Demonstrate values of All One Staffing in providing assistance in a non-intrusive manner, treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.
• Caregiving experience is preferred.
• CBRF certifications are a must.

Nice-to-haves
