About the position

The Customer Service Representative at CBX Parking is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients, ensuring their experience is easy and pleasant. This part-time position requires a dedicated individual who excels in customer service and is able to work in various environments, including both parking and terminal settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
  • Relocate luggage carts by pushing them across the bridge or bringing them in from parking lots in sets of 5 - 10 carts at a time.
  • Assist passengers with completing tasks to successfully access the airport.
  • Provide assistance with luggage and wheelchair needs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism with every interaction.
  • Handle cash and perform cashier duties.
  • Direct and orientate passenger flow and process control in both English and Spanish.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and complete tasks accurately in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Ability to clear CBP Homeland Security clearance check.
  • Willingness to work in any position at random moments throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently in a single position for several days.
  • Flexibility to work in any weather conditions and perform various tasks as assigned.
  • Problem-solving skills and openness to coaching and redirection.
  • Ability to understand and follow guidelines and procedures.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cash handling experience.
  • Parking industry experience.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
