About the position

The Director of Marketing and Communications at Calvary Christian Academy is responsible for effectively sharing the vision and mission of the academy through strategic communication efforts. This role involves directing cross-media campaigns, managing a creative team, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms to enhance community engagement and support for the academy's initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Directing all communication mediums associated with Calvary Christian Academy
  • Understanding and promoting the vision, mission, and brand identity of the organization
  • Adhering to editorial guidelines and standards
  • Maintaining oversight of design consistency for major campus events
  • Collaborating with school departments to improve communication with the CCA community
  • Managing a creative team to foster teamwork and productivity
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and proactively presenting ideas
  • Creating new communication concepts based on client feedback
  • Managing the department budget

  • Education/Training in development, public relations, communication, and marketing
