About the position

The U.S. Bancorp Central Stress Testing Oversight (CSTO) team is seeking a program management candidate to support the preparation and execution of CCAR/stress testing exercises in accordance with regulatory guidelines. This role involves creating reports for senior leadership, facilitating meetings, managing user access, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful program deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Create digestible reporting for senior leadership to understand CCAR decision areas, prioritization, program status, and scope.
  • Develop and maintain trackers for pre-cycle and in-cycle program deliverable reporting.
  • Facilitate CCAR meetings with members of first, second, and third lines of defense, including senior leadership.
  • Manage onboarding of user access to CCAR program systems.
  • Partner closely with teams participating in the CCAR exercise to develop, communicate, and overcome challenges related to program deliverables.
  • Track and complete audit requests in collaboration with second and third lines of defense.
  • Participate in execution of ad-hoc program activities as requested by senior leadership.
  • Perform quarterly and annual access reviews for CCAR program systems.
  • Collect feedback post-CCAR exercise, develop project plans, and oversee project implementation.
  • Support tracking and closure of action items and challenges.
  • Support evidence collection and tracking of controls.
  • Utilize Workiva to support creation and communication of CCAR program calendar and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically three or more years of related experience.
