About the position

The CCAR Program Specialist at U.S. Bank plays a crucial role in supporting the Central Stress Testing Oversight (CSTO) team. This position involves preparing and executing CCAR/stress testing exercises, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication among various teams. The specialist will be responsible for creating reports, managing program deliverables, and collaborating with senior leadership to address challenges and track progress.

Responsibilities

  • Create digestible reporting for senior leadership on CCAR decision areas and program status.
  • Develop and maintain trackers for pre-cycle and in-cycle program deliverable reporting.
  • Facilitate CCAR meetings with first, second, and third lines of defense, including senior leadership.
  • Manage onboarding of user access to CCAR program systems.
  • Partner with teams involved in the CCAR exercise to communicate and overcome challenges.
  • Track and complete audit requests in collaboration with second and third lines of defense.
  • Participate in ad-hoc program activities as requested by senior leadership.
  • Perform quarterly and annual access reviews for CCAR program systems.
  • Collect feedback post-CCAR exercise and oversee project implementation based on feedback.
  • Support tracking and closure of action items and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically three or more years of related experience.
