About the position

The CCBHC Onboarding/Training Specialist is responsible for the development, organization, and management of services related to the onboarding of program staff at Centerstone. This role involves coordinating recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of staff, as well as developing and facilitating employee training and development programs. The specialist ensures compliance with CCBHC core service obligations and collaborates with leadership to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of CCBHC staff.
  • Develop and implement internal employee training programs focused on long-term growth and career development.
  • Ensure clinics provide care in compliance with CCBHC core service obligations and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct screenings with employment candidates to determine appropriate program placements.
  • Increase recruitment outreach through community partnerships and educational institutions.
  • Document activities and maintain communication with other employees and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in community outreach, training & development, recruiting, or a similar field required.
  • Experience in behavioral health and/or addictions treatment services preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in developing training materials or educational tools.
  • Knowledge of clinical best practices and confidentiality guidelines.
