About the position

This position involves supervising a team of technicians responsible for various construction and maintenance tasks. The role requires proficiency in multiple skilled crafts and the ability to plan and execute job assignments efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervises subordinate technicians in work involving construction, remodeling, building repairs, and painting.
• Plans job assignments and ensures jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrates proficiency and versatility in all skilled crafts including plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, electronic security, heating and air conditioning, keying and locksmith, and glazing.
• Determines proper tools and equipment and orders appropriate supplies and materials for tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient in multiple skilled crafts such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC.
• Experience in supervising a team of technicians.
• Ability to plan and manage job assignments effectively.
