About the position

The Customer Ambassador Onboarding role is designed to support newly created FSOP and National Retail Sales accounts, ensuring a smooth end-to-end setup before the myCoke active adoption process. This strategic sales position focuses on customer relationship management, collaboration with field teams, account management, and execution of channel selling strategies. The role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills to meet sales goals and adoption targets while adapting to changing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales and operations activities and communicate delivery and equipment service timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new outlet needs and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various sales and operational areas to manage orders and communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks to optimize new outlet setup using Club Coke Platform or Launchpad.
  • Conduct myCoke education and demonstrations to enhance the adoption process.
  • Identify channel selling opportunities and account productivity gaps, delivering against sales targets.
  • Track Market Unit trends and challenges related to the customer onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 6 months of previous experience in FSOP, CCC Sales at CCCI is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage management and decision makers at various levels.
  • Proven comprehension of CCCI processes and procedures.
  • Strong influencing skills to gain customer buy-in and commitment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills.
  • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Sharepoint, MS Word, PowerPoint; Tableau is a plus.
