About the position
The CDL-A Company Driver position at Big M Diesel Express is an over-the-road (OTR) driving role that requires a minimum of 6 months of experience. The driver will be responsible for transporting goods using a dry van, while enjoying a family-oriented work environment and industry-leading benefits.
Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently over long distances.
- Maintain compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes and schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of cargo to designated locations.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- Minimum of 6 months of CDL-A driving experience.
- No more than 3 total violations within the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents within the last 3 years.
- No DUI within the last 5 years.
