About the position

The OTR Truck Driver position with U.S. Xpress offers a dedicated opportunity for drivers to earn competitive pay while enjoying the benefit of being home daily. This role is ideal for those with a Class A CDL and at least three months of experience, providing a consistent workload and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs of driving hours and distances.
• Ensure the truck is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.

Requirements

• Must have a Class A CDL license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Must live within 50 miles of Tipp City, OH.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with no-touch freight operations.
• Familiarity with the trucking industry and regulations.
