Lawrence Companies is seeking dedicated CDL A Drivers to join our team, offering a rewarding career with excellent benefits. Our drivers in the Dry Van Fleet start at 55 cents per mile, while those in the Flatbed Fleet earn 65 cents per mile. With an average of 2500-3000 miles per week, our drivers enjoy the benefit of being home every weekend, typically leaving out on Sunday evening and returning home by Friday. Additionally, many of our drivers have the opportunity to return home one to two times during the week, allowing for a better work-life balance. We operate with a 100% no-touch freight policy, with 80% of our loads being drop and hook, which means our drivers can spend more time on the road and less time at the docks. Our equipment is well-maintained, with trucks that are one to four years old, and we offer both automatic and manual transmission options. We also provide a matching 401k retirement plan, paid vacation, and seven paid holidays per year, ensuring our drivers are well taken care of. Our pay structure includes weekly pay with direct deposit, and we foster a small company atmosphere where drivers are valued and recognized for their hard work. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a quarterly safety bonus that allows drivers to earn up to $3,000 per year. Our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) provides an additional incentive, allowing drivers to earn up to an extra 6 cents per mile. We also have some home daily flatbed positions available for those who prefer to be home every day.
