Responsibilities
- Drive long distances to deliver goods across various locations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and other expenses.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of OTR driving experience preferred.
- Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with drop and hook operations.
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
