About the position
Staffmark Drivers is hiring for a CDL A Local Flatbed Delivery Driver with double endorsement in Yakima, WA. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $26.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends based on production needs. Drivers will start early in the morning, between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM, with an average of 50 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A flatbed truck
- Complete multi-stop deliveries hauling corrugated cardboard
- Assist with strapping and tarping as needed, although it is a no-touch delivery
- Work up to 14-hour shifts depending on route and schedule adjustments
- Adapt to varying conditions and be flexible with start times and hours
- Occasionally layover depending on weather conditions and route logistics
- Adhere to safety and DOT regulations
Requirements
- No more than 3 moving violations and accidents in the past 3 years
- A valid driver's license is required
- Minimum 24 months of verifiable experience in the past 3 years
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Must have doubles endorsement
