About the position
RXO, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Class A Dedicated Drivers for our operation based in St. Paul, MN. When it comes to truck driving opportunities, RXO, Inc. stands apart from the rest so you can have a career to be proud of! This position offers local routes in Minnesota and Wisconsin, allowing drivers to be home daily. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, providing a consistent routine for our drivers. While Hazmat certification is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role. Candidates should have switching experience and be prepared to work with dedicated customers. Responsibilities
- Drive Class A trucks on local routes in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to dedicated customers.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- 6 months of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience.
- No DUI's in the past 5 years.
- Must pass a DOT Physical Examination including drug screen at a DOT approved clinic.
- Criminal backgrounds will be reviewed.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No careless, reckless, excessive speed (15 or more), or following too close within the last 24 months will be reviewed.
- No rear-end, rollover, lost control, or jackknife in the last 5 years.
- No more than 2 chargeable accidents in the last 3 years.
Nice-to-haves
- Hazmat certification preferred but not required.
- Experience with dedicated customer routes.
