Responsibilities
- Drive a regional route with a dry van trailer.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain communication with assigned driver managers and support staff.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs of driving hours and mileage.
- Participate in on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
- Stable work history is required.
- Trainees must be recent graduates from an approved CDL school or have a minimum of 3 months' comparable experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with HazMat loads is a plus.
- Familiarity with drop and hook operations.
