Class A truck driver jobs in our regional divisions provide drivers with the opportunity to stay closer to home while still earning high miles. Depending on the division you choose, you can expect to average between 2,100 to 2,400 miles per week and be home weekly. Our CDL-A Regional Truck Drivers enjoy a range of advantages, including earnings between $67,000 and $94,000 depending on location, weekly home time, and scheduled wage increases for up to 20 years of experience. Additionally, drivers receive a $250 bonus after their third load is delivered, and we have a Driver Pay Protection Program for situations beyond your control. There are multiple bonus opportunities available, including a $3,000 referral bonus. Our operations involve dry van freight with no touch, drop and hook, covering a 48-state operating area. We also offer a variety of additional benefits, including scheduled wage increases, detention pay of $16 per hour after one hour, paid orientation and training up to $2,000, and a 401(k) match. Responsibilities
- Drive Class A truck in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle service.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
- Deliver freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Class A CDL license required.
- Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last year (training available).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proven driving record with a safety-first attitude.
