About the position
Point Dedicated is seeking experienced CDL A Company Drivers for solo or team positions. Responsibilities
- Drive safely and efficiently to transport freight between Texas and Michigan or New York.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding load status and any issues that arise during transport.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each load.
- Ensure the truck is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Experience as a commercial driver, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Ability to operate a tractor-trailer and handle freight safely.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with no-touch freight operations.
- Familiarity with long-haul driving routes in the TX to MI/NY corridor.
