About the position

C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A Driver Mentors to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to earn competitive pay while mentoring new drivers. The position includes no-touch freight and the use of top-of-the-line equipment, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new drivers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle no-touch freight, primarily consisting of refrigerated goods and some dry freight.
• Communicate effectively with trainees to foster their development and success.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.

Requirements

• A valid CDL-A license is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of current driving experience is required.
• This position is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.
