About the position

Marten Transport is seeking Class A truck drivers for regional reefer opportunities. This position offers high miles, excellent earning potential, and a supportive work environment, allowing drivers to maintain a work-life balance with guaranteed home time.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A reefer truck safely and efficiently on regional routes.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain the truck in good working condition, reporting any issues to management.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with reefer experience.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to operate a truck with automatic transmissions and APUs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with late-model equipment.
• Familiarity with inclement weather driving conditions.
• Previous experience in a regional driving position.
