Responsibilities
- Drive a truck to transport freight across the designated regional routes.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections using electronic logging devices.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding load status and any issues that arise during transport.
- Participate in the driver qualification process and training as required.
Requirements
- Valid CDL A License
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience
- Must be 22 years of age or older
- No major tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with automatic trucks
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices
- Previous experience in regional trucking
