About the position
The Company Driver position at CRST involves driving Over the Road (OTR) for Swift Enterprises, a key business partner of CRST. This role offers the opportunity to drive a well-maintained fleet of trucks while providing comprehensive transportation solutions across North America. Drivers can expect to be home every other weekend, with the option to stay out longer, and will receive competitive pay based on their OTR experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive Over the Road (OTR) for Swift Enterprises.
- Transport freight across North America.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain vehicle in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Minimum OTR driving experience preferred.
- Ability to operate Kenworth, Freightliner, and Peterbilt trucks with automatic transmission.
- Strong understanding of drop and hook and multi-stop freight operations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with long-haul trucking.
- Familiarity with transportation logistics.
