As a Company Driver with BCB Transport, you will experience variable home time, typically biweekly, depending on your location. Our drivers can expect to earn up to $103,000 a year, averaging between 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. We offer a competitive pay structure that includes an additional safety bonus of $0.06 CPM. Our fleet is equipped with automatic transmissions, and we maintain a 99% drop and hook rate, ensuring that our drivers spend less time on loading and unloading and more time on the road.
