We are currently seeking Company Drivers who are interested in driving Over the Road for Swift Enterprises, a CRST Business Partner. Swift Enterprises, LLC is recognized as the largest asset-based agent in the United States, boasting access to a billion-dollar freight base as a strategic business partner of CRST. This position offers a unique opportunity for solo company drivers to enjoy a balanced work-life schedule, with home time every other weekend and the option to stay out longer if desired. As a Solo Company Driver, you can expect to earn between $94,000 to $104,000 per year for salary positions, or earn between $0.51 to $0.91 per mile for OTR positions. Our drivers typically average between 2100 to 2500 miles per week, ensuring a steady flow of work and income. We take pride in our fleet, which consists of Kenworth and Peterbilt equipment, all equipped with automatic transmissions and an average age of just 18 months. The freight handled includes touch freight, drop and hook, and multi-stop freight, providing variety in your driving experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for multi-stop drivers and $2,000 for standard OTR drivers.
