Responsibilities
- Drive Over the Road for Swift Enterprises, ensuring timely delivery of freight.
- Handle touch freight, including drop and hook and multi-stop freight.
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for freight delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Ability to operate Kenworth and Peterbilt equipment with automatic transmission.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with touch freight and multi-stop deliveries.
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
