We are currently seeking Company Drivers who are interested in driving Over the Road for Swift Enterprises, a CRST Business Partner. Swift Enterprises, LLC is recognized as the largest asset-based agent in the United States, boasting access to a billion-dollar freight base as a strategic business partner of CRST. As a Solo Company Driver, you will have the opportunity to be home every other weekend, with the option to stay out longer if you prefer. The compensation for Over the Road (OTR) positions ranges from $0.51 to $0.61 per mile, depending on your OTR experience. On average, our drivers cover approximately 2500 miles per week, utilizing a fleet that includes Kenworth, Freightliner, and Peterbilt equipment, all equipped with automatic transmissions. The average age of our fleet equipment is just 18 months, ensuring that you will be driving reliable and modern vehicles. Your responsibilities will include handling drop and hook as well as multi-stop freight. We are also pleased to offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for standard OTR drivers, along with bi-weekly home time.
