About the position
The Company Driver position at CRST involves driving Over the Road for Swift Enterprises, a key business partner. This role offers competitive salary options and the flexibility of home time every other weekend, with the possibility of extended time on the road. Drivers will operate a modern fleet of Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks, primarily handling touch freight and multi-stop deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Drive Over the Road for Swift Enterprises
- Handle touch freight and multi-stop deliveries
- Maintain safety and compliance with transportation regulations
- Ensure timely delivery of freight
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience with Over the Road driving preferred
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with touch freight
- Familiarity with drop and hook operations
- Previous experience in a similar driving role
