About the position

The OTR Truck Driver position offers CDL-A drivers the opportunity to earn great pay with consistent miles while enjoying the freedom of the open road. This role includes options for team driving, dedicated routes, and owner-operator opportunities, providing flexibility and support for drivers to manage their own business effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive long distances to deliver goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
• Participate in the company's team match program if not already partnered.
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience required for company drivers.
• Owner operators must have 6 months of verifiable experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with team driving is a plus.
• Familiarity with the trucking industry and regulations.
