About the position
The OTR Truck Driver position offers CDL-A drivers the opportunity to earn great pay with consistent miles while enjoying the freedom of the open road. This role includes options for team driving, dedicated routes, and owner-operator opportunities, providing flexibility and support for drivers to manage their own business effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive long distances to deliver goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
- Participate in the company's team match program if not already partnered.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience required for company drivers.
- Owner operators must have 6 months of verifiable experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with team driving is a plus.
- Familiarity with the trucking industry and regulations.
