As a CDL-B Truck Driver at McLane Foodservice Distribution, you will play a crucial role in our operations by being the face of our company to our customers. This position requires you to drive a straight truck, box truck, or other appropriate vehicles to transport food staples and specialty products to various customer locations. Your work will primarily take place during the early morning hours, starting at either 3 AM or 4 AM, and may require some weekend shifts. The pay rate for this position is $23.50 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our customers, creating value and trust through excellent service. In addition to driving, you will be responsible for unloading and placing all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas. When not making deliveries, you will perform warehouse-related duties, ensuring that you contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
