Responsibilities

• Handle local truckload deliveries primarily through drop and hook operations.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within a specified mileage from Walterboro, SC.
• Complete approximately the same number of routes per shift, with each shift lasting a specified number of hours.
• Operate automatic trucks and 53' dry vans without touching the freight.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• Must not have ever been disqualified to drive.
• Successfully complete a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years; scores above 10 require approval.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, or Over-the-Road driving.
• Experience with CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer operations.
