About the position

The CDL Class A Truck Driver position at 48forty Solutions involves handling local truckload deliveries with a focus on drop and hook operations. The role offers competitive pay, home daily, and no touch freight, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced drivers. The job requires driving automatic trucks and managing routes within a 150-mile radius of Oklahoma City, with shifts lasting between 10 to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle local truckload deliveries primarily through drop and hook operations.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within a 150-mile radius of Oklahoma City.
• Complete approximately 3 routes per shift, each lasting 10-12 hours.
• Operate automatic trucks with 53' dry vans.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 23.
• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• Must not have ever been disqualified to drive.
• Successfully complete a DOT road test.
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years; scores above 10 require approval.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, or Over-the-Road driving.
• Experience with CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer.
