About the position

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) at Vantive is responsible for the safe operation of a commercial vehicle to deliver dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers. This role involves ensuring order accuracy, stock rotation, and making deliveries in both urban and rural settings. The position requires physical stamina and effective communication skills, as it involves interacting with various stakeholders in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle for deliveries.
• Deliver dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers.
• Ensure order accuracy and perform stock rotation during deliveries.
• Conduct occasional order pick-ups and returns.
• Maintain driver HOS log using Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as lift gates and pallet jacks.
• Communicate effectively with dialysis patients, regional office staff, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement.
• Valid Medical Card.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving comparable equipment with inside delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain driver HOS log using Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
• Pass Industrial Capabilities Test.
• Ability to distinguish colors to identify product labels.
