About the position

The CDL Driver position at TY&MO Transportation Inc. involves operating a commercial vehicle primarily for intermodal transport within the Port and Rail system. Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A truck for intermodal transport to and from ports and rail systems.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Ensure timely delivery and upload necessary documentation via text and email.
• Adhere to FMCSA rules and regulations, including HOS and ELD log compliance.
• Communicate effectively regarding ETA and delivery updates.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a CDL-A driver.
• Knowledge of intermodal and drayage operations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Must have a TWIC card.

Nice-to-haves

• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred but must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
