Responsibilities

• Safely deliver roofing materials to customer locations according to route specifications.
• Follow designated routes and time schedules for deliveries.
• Load, unload, and prepare delivery vehicles for transport.
• Stage materials on roofs at destinations with co-workers' assistance.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build relationships and drive sales.
• Complete required delivery logs and reports accurately.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards during deliveries.
• Ensure order accuracy by checking delivery tickets before departure.
• Assist CDL driver with load securement as needed.
• Report unsafe vehicle or road conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment and follow safety policies.

Requirements

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Good driving record with no legal or safety incidents on record.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
• Must arrive at assigned start time daily.
• Team player with a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass an E-Verify check.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in loading/unloading (1 year preferred).
