Requirements

• Valid CDL A license.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least 6 months of driving experience, or participation in the student program if less experienced.
• No DWI convictions within the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
