In addition to competitive pay, which averages between $156,000 and $168,000 per year for teams (split), we offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus per driver and new peak season holiday incentives. Our flexible home time options cater to your personal needs, and our team-friendly equipment packages ensure you have the best tools for the job. Teams can expect to average 5,000-6,000 miles per week, with nearly 90% of trips being drop and hook for expedited freight. We prioritize load assignments for teams, and pay varies by route, location, and experience level. Our Team Matching Process is designed to connect you with a teammate who shares similar interests, such as gender and veteran status. By answering 15 questions, we can produce up to five matches for you to choose from. We will follow up with each team member to ensure a good fit and will rematch you if necessary. Responsibilities

  • Drive as a team to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in the Team Driver Matching Program to find a suitable driving partner.
  • Complete assigned routes with timely pre-assigned load information.
  • Utilize the newest equipment in the fleet for optimal performance.
  • Maintain a high level of safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and dispatch regarding load assignments and any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid Class A CDL required.
  • Recent graduate of a truck driving school or verifiable tractor-trailer experience is necessary.
  • Acceptable driving record is required.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must meet all DOT qualifications.
  • Pass a DOT physical, including drug screening and company hair follicle testing.
  • Acceptable references from past employers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in team driving is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with advanced technology and telematics devices in trucks is a plus.
  • Previous experience with drop and hook freight is beneficial.
