About the position

The CDPAP Liaison Representative at Angel Care, Inc. is responsible for facilitating communication and services between clients and caregivers within the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). This role requires bilingual proficiency in Punjabi and English, focusing on enrollment, onboarding, and providing support to clients from diverse backgrounds. The position is integral to ensuring efficient operations within the Fiscal Intermediary office, contributing to the overall success of the home care services provided.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and performing general office duties.
• Organizing office tasks and maintaining files.
• Assisting clients with enrollment and onboarding processes.
• Using Microsoft Excel and the internet for daily tasks.
• Performing data entry and scanning applications.
• Processing enrollment applications and providing education and training when appropriate.
• Scheduling appointments and managing client interactions.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Punjabi and English (Hindi is a plus).
• 1 year of experience in home care or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
