As an Event Manager at Club Demonstration Services (CDS), you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This position is essential for ensuring that product demonstrations are executed flawlessly, which includes overseeing product preparation and presentation. You will be responsible for training the Product Demonstrators, ensuring they provide superb service to all Club members, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will be liaising between warehouse managers, vendors, and the in-store Product Demonstrators. Additionally, you will participate in new location grand openings, which requires a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to various situations. CDS prides itself on being the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco, and as such, you will be part of a team that drives sales through effective person-to-person marketing services.
