About the position
Provides Life Safety/Facility Management responsibilities for numerous Ambulatory Care Surgery Centers in designated geographic territories on behalf of CE-Tech. Duties include maintaining Life Safety systems and compliance, general building maintenance and management of third party vendors, contractors and service providers.

Requirements
- Over 5 years Building Maintenance experience required.
- 3-5 Years Life Safety experience required.
Nice-to-haves
- Life Safety Specialist certification preferred.
- Fire Inspector certification preferred.
