About the position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships.
  • Effectively negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize various software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer outreach and engagement.
  • Provide technical sales support by answering product-related inquiries and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or telemarketing roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with business development principles and inside sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

  • Ability to commute to Woodstock, IL 60098 (Preferred)
