The Cellular Sales Representative at Boost Mobile by Advanced Cellular is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. The position offers unlimited income potential through uncapped commissions and incentives, along with a flexible work schedule. The representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, meeting sales quotas, and ensuring a high level of customer experience across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer experience across multiple stores by setting expectations of excellence in the execution of store standards and product knowledge.
• Meet sales quotas provided by the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Answer any questions the customer may have regarding products and plans.
• Sell Boost Mobile devices and accessories.
• Process cash, credit, or debit card payments.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers over the phone.
• Maintain regular contact with customers on a weekly basis.
• Perform minor cleaning tasks such as cleaning windows, display cases, vacuuming, and maintaining the bathroom.
• Manage store inventory effectively.
• Distribute promotional flyers to attract customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively (product demos).
• Cash handling experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
