About the position

The Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Community Autism Services involves providing exceptional behavioral services to children with autism in a center setting. The role focuses on designing and implementing ABA programs, conducting assessments, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality care and support for children aged 2 to 6. The BCBA will also engage in parent education and collaborate with a dedicated team to transform lives through effective treatment methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide interventions to children between the ages of 2 to 6 in center
  • Conduct parent education and behavioral assessments
  • Design ABA programs for children with autism
  • Supervise and train ABA Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Support staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification

Requirements

  • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • GA driver's license and reliable transportation
