About the position

As the Center Director at C2 Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic futures of students by guiding them through their educational journeys. This position is not just about managing a center; it is about inspiring students and their families to achieve their academic goals and gain admission to their dream colleges. You will be responsible for overseeing all center operations, ensuring that both students and staff are supported in their endeavors. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive and productive learning environment that fosters academic excellence. In this role, you will work directly with prospective and enrolled families to develop tailored academic and college admissions goals. You will manage a dedicated team of educators and support personnel, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality educational services. Your responsibilities will also include building strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and drive referrals, as well as generating leads through strategic partnerships with local schools and community organizations. The Center Director will be expected to track student progress, manage direct reports, and oversee the hiring and staffing of teachers. Achieving monthly revenue targets through effective lead conversion will be a key performance indicator for this role. The center operates primarily after school hours, with sessions typically scheduled from Monday to Thursday between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This flexible schedule allows for a dynamic work environment that adapts to the needs of students and families.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.).
  • Sales Experience.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Ability to travel assigned areas regularly.
