About the position

The Center Director at Creation Kingdom is responsible for leading and managing the early learning center, ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role requires a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing exceptional learning experiences. The Center Director will oversee daily operations, staff management, and compliance with educational guidelines, while fostering a supportive community for both children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the early learning center.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines regarding education and safety.
• Foster a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
• Oversee staff management, including training and development.
• Implement educational programs that promote the growth and development of children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education and experience.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
