About the position

The Strategic Program & Business Management position within Central Controls Chief of Staff team at Citi is a senior role focused on driving improvements in Workforce Management remediation efforts. The role requires significant independence to strategize, implement, and report on initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders across the COO organization. The candidate will engage in budget analytics, regulatory reviews, and people initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory commitments and effective communication of strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, present, implement, and report on Workforce Management remediation efforts.
• Coordinate and execute adoption of key regulatory commitments pertaining to Workforce Management.
• Communicate strategy and implementation plans to relevant stakeholders.
• Build, manage, and implement remediation plans across Central Controls.
• Ensure closure of regulatory programs with alignment to Workforce Management activities.
• Engage in budget and headcount analytics, regulatory reviews, and strategy planning.

Requirements

• 6 plus years of Financial Services experience, working with senior management in project management and implementation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analytics and presentations.
• Ability to execute against multiple strategic projects with little supervision.
• Self-starter comfortable in dynamic environments.
• Prior experience implementing remediation initiatives is a plus.
• Proven track record of seeking out information and making informed recommendations.
• Experience in Demand and Capacity planning and supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience in Regulatory Project management or Technology projects is a plus.
• Experience in reengineering business processes, controls, and metrics is a plus.
• Experience in Program Management and/or People Management is a plus.
• Strong relationship management, influence, and communication skills.
• Exceptional organization skills.
