Our goal is to make TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates by bringing discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025, where you will gain industry exposure and hands-on experience in a vibrant and innovative environment. This internship program runs for 12 weeks, beginning in May/June 2025, and is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop fundamental skills and explore potential career paths. Interns will engage in a blend of social events and enriching development workshops, allowing them to utilize their knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Successful candidates must be able to commit to specific start dates and will be prioritized based on their availability. As an intern, you will assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandising, including data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications. You will also help incubate and grow e-commerce creators through education, operations, campaigns, and live stream support. Additionally, you will conduct business analysis for the central creator team's performance, covering resource management and strategy formation, while generating insights and best practices for sharing.
