About the position

The Project Manager role at Innova Solutions is a full-time contract position focused on overseeing projects to ensure they meet defined outcomes in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality. The position requires adherence to Project Management Best Practices and involves coordinating project approvals, conducting leadership reviews, and acting as a liaison for project execution plans. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical, operational, or supply chain roles, particularly within a global Consumer Packaged Goods context.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for projects to achieve desired outcomes in terms of scope, schedule, cost, financial success criteria, and quality expectations.
• Follow Project Management Best Practices including chartering, interactive planning sessions, timeline management, risk management, and status report-outs.
• Coordinate the development and presentation of business case proposals for project stage/gate approvals and capital authorization.
• Conduct leadership project reviews and status updates, including escalation of roadblocks.
• Remove barriers for project teams through effective decision analysis and influencing upward.
• Act as key liaison to plant teams regarding project execution plans.
• Ensure accuracy of capital forecasts for projects in the planned phase.
• Provide supply chain functional expertise for projects and complete supply chain assessments to properly dimension risks and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in increasingly broader technical, operational, or supply chain roles.
• Previous experience working for a global, highly matrixed Consumer Packaged Goods company.
• Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience is required.
• Basic understanding of P&L and business case development.
