About the position

The ideal applicant will have at least one year of property management experience, preferably with KMG Prestige, and demonstrate leadership abilities. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showcasing a customer service mindset and a working knowledge of Office 365. Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, Section 8, and tax credit experience is crucial, along with a solid understanding of accounting functions and principles. A real estate license is required for this position, and the candidate should be prepared to engage in various marketing initiatives to promote the community effectively.
