The position is for experienced flooring installers specializing in ceramic tile installation. The role offers consistent work with the flexibility to set your own schedule, catering to local crews in the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic tile flooring according to specifications and design plans.
• Ensure quality and precision in tile installation.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations during installation.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Have an active Texas LLC or Corporation (no DBAs allowed).
• General liability insurance with minimum limits of $300K/$600K.
• Auto insurance with split limits of $100K/$300K/$50K.
• Workers' compensation exemption or coverage depending on location.
• Possess a US-issued driver's license.
• Provide a Social Security card or ITIN number.
• All crew members must pass a background check.
• Must have a work truck or van and necessary tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of installation experience.
